Shin Research Excellence Awards
In partnership, the IIS and The Geneva Association have combined efforts to achieve a broad global reach for prominent practical insurance research.
In the effort, the IIS and The Geneva Association’s goal is to meet the needs of global senior executives for high quality practical research reflecting current issues in the industry. This initiative hopes to produce a research effort that is highly regarded among key leaders around the globe, which attracts the attention of leading businesses that wish to support research on key issues of relevance to the industry.
- The IIS (International Insurance Society, Inc.) is the largest organization of its kind in the insurance industry, is a non-profit organization of almost 1000 insurance executives globally. Among the Society's programs are a yearly seminar, education and awards, including the Insurance Hall of Fame.
- The Geneva Association, based in Switzerland, is the leading research organization supported by the private insurance industry through active membership of 80 chief executives (statutory limit) from the biggest companies worldwide. The Geneva Association publishes The Geneva Papers on Risk and Insurance-Issues and Practice.
